As the Senior Director of Ambassador Operations, Crystal Williams plays a pivotal leadership role in advancing the mission of West Virginia Goes Purple across all 55 counties. She oversees the coordination, communication, and strategic deployment of our statewide Purple Ambassadors—volunteers and advocates who serve as boots on the ground to raise awareness during National Recovery Month.

Crystal leads efforts to:

• Recruit, train, and support county-level ambassadors
• Foster regional collaboration and resource-sharing
• Guide county participation in proclamation signings, awareness events, and community engagement initiatives
• Ensure consistent messaging and impactful visibility across communities

With a deep commitment to recovery advocacy, Crystal empowers ambassadors to be the voice of hope in their communities—bringing light, healing, and unity to West Virginia’s historic, statewide purple movement.
